My Ethos

I have a very broad set of beliefs.
I'll always be open to new experiences and I wanna see as much of the World as I can.
So much to see in such a little time.
I love learning new things and meeting new people.
After all that's what life's all about.
Ya got to be open to new experiences or you'll end up nowhere!

Where to Start?

There are so many things to do in the world.
There’s not enough time to do them all.

It’s like you want to join the army and experience the feeling of community and tight bonds with other people and learn skills but you also want to bring peace to the world, you can’t do everything, or else you’ll be a hypocrite.

You’re born into this world unknowing and innocent. You’re a sponge which starts absorbing information straight away. You learn from your surroundings: the people, places, noises, vibes and feelings of the area. As you get older you start to impersonate these qualities. You start to gain a personality. Usually you stop doing the ones that don’t help and you thrive upon the traits that improve your life. This is where it goes wrong. Some people get a trait that is so burned into their personality that they can’t get rid of it, a bad trait as in maybe their father told them something like gays are bad or foreigners are bad and then the dad dies the son is left feeling like he must follow his father’s words therefore making this bad trait evolve into something worse.

You become a teenager and have a need to feel like you have a place. It feels like your family doesn’t understand you and you copy your peers. You do things you usually wouldn’t do and things you regret. You wish the world was a better place. Sometimes you just want to get out. Then every year it gets better until you come to the end of your school years where in retrospect it seems trivial that you ever felt so alone and ashamed. You realise that you as a person have something to offer to the world and your special and someone else’s opinion isn’t always true because everyone has different opinions.

You realise that your life is in your hands. You can do whatever you want to do.

You then go to college to get a degree so you can get a high salary job. While in college you meet lots of interesting people with different views and opinions on the world. These things help shape your mind and your mind evolves and opens up to new possibilities.

You eventually finish College and go travelling for a year or two and have an adventure. You can do whatever you want to do.

Then you might find a partner, go out for a few years and decide to get married you get a house have kids and move up in your career making more money to fund a higher lifestyle for you and your family. You then must educate your kids and shape their minds. Hopefully better then the way your own parents did to yourself. Then your kids grow up and leave home and you retire. You and your partner can then relax in your home with no worries and do whatever you want with the remaining years of your life.

That’s one way to go. I don’t want that kind of cliché life. I don’t want to stay in the same country the same town my whole life. I want to get enough money to keep me going and travel the world. Go to different countries. Visit every side of the world from Alaska to Africa. Visit the cultural heart of every town you visit. Meet up with wise people and be a sponge forever. Soak in the information from these people and the world. Just know that you can judge what’s right or wrong and don’t take everything you hear from people as gospel. Most people when they hit a certain age say to themselves this is my personality this is who I am and they never evolve. A shy person can be a confident person if they want. All it takes is a bit of initiative. A change of views, location and people and you’ll be a new person. I want to travel the world and learn new skills and traits. Become a bellowing balloon of wisdom and information for myself to pass on to the next person. A close friend of mine always says “Words Never Die”, and it’s true. When you say something to someone and it hits a chord or you change their opinion on something, you can be sure that they’ll pass that onto someone else in their own way which will keep going until it makes a major change in the world. Just like the butterfly effect, where if a butterfly flaps its wings in china it may cause a chain effect that causes a tsunami in America. People don’t take account for their actions. People need to know they can change the world and life is worth something. We’re not just machines that have an obligation to work and fill a list every day, every week, every year, just so we can do what everyone else is doing. Who said we got to do this or that. Who makes the rules?

You Do.

Personal Interpretation

Personal interpretation is the key to differentiation.

Personal interpretation is what makes people different
But people stop having their own interpretations and use others
As in peers who got theirs from their parents i.e. family
And families get their interpretations from society
And society is formed from culture and history
So really people need to have their own opinions and start thinking for themselves.

If people don't have free minds, there is no effective working universe from which to reap the rewards we all seek.
If people are close minded then the universe can’t reward.
There’s so much stuff the world has to offer, you just have to open yourself to these opportunities.

Any change is still a change, and change is good.

Connection

Well you know the way universe was formed from one point
One molecule that exploded
And made everything
And kept expanding and changing
Well that means we all came from that one point
And then the earth formed from a star exploding
So everything on earth comes from a star
So that again shows we all come from the same thing
So they say were all connected
The trees wind everything you know
And you know the way everything has some kind of magnetism
Even a rock has some
Well they say if you want something and you convince yourself you’re going to get it and be positive then that thing will be attracted to you in some way
That’s another cool thing to use
It means you can do anything and get anything you want
You say to yourself I want a girlfriend I want a raise I want to live in that country then you convince yourself that it’s already happened and it will happen.

Want to be Weird!

Being normal is over-rated. People think someone who does something different is weird and should be shunned. Well these people are just following a set of rules, binding themselves to society’s views of the world. Views which have been passed down through generations from the past. People learn these rules from Peers, their family and society. The future is bright so why are we holding ourselves back with these old ideals. All the great events in life were from people changing their views on something and spreading it to the masses, spreading a message of change if you will. All the great products and inventions came from new ideas from people trying to do something a different way rather than the old fashion way. People need change, its natural, it’s our Evolution. People Quote the past allot, Well instead of quoting the past maybe they should make a change so that someone can quote them. Even if you can open one persons eyes it’ll be a chain event that that person will spread the message to someone else. Change is the key, Change is life.

Normal is over rated.

It’s the people who are different who make a difference.

Two things that I can’t stand: Ignorance and Hypocrisy.

So many people don’t practice what they preach.

Been blunt means no mixed messages.

Be Blunt, Chill, Relax, do what ya want when ya want and most of all do it now!
